I am on my 3rd Moment and need to replace again because of the touchscreen sensors. Something keeps going bad and then I can\'t get to certain areas of the phone. Call quality is average - can\'t hear well when in a moving vehicle. Can\'t see the screen at all when outside, including when trying to take pictures. If it weren\'t for having two chargers - one at home and one in the office, plus the car charger, I would be out of phone use availablilty by the end of every day. I use the phone for personal and work use, but utilize the web very little. So my battery is used up by phone calls, emails, and text.

Our two Samsung moments have next to no battery life. Also, they switch to silent on our tones on its own and the only way we can get the tones to work is to turn the phone off then back on again. That's the worst part of this phone.

I really like the Samsung Moment. It is sturdy, looks great, and has great call quality. Battery life is questionable but that is to be expected on a phone like this considering all of the applications it can run. Otherwise, this an exceptional phone with many great qualities to be desired.

Well regarding functionality and hardware it's a wonderful device. It has a very fast processor that makes your phone usage so fast and easy. The only point I really don't like is the battery, especially if I'm using while traveling for GPS. This thing kills the phone too fast. A little bit bulky, but I got used to it by now. I've been using it for a month now. Overall I love my Moment and even if it is not going to be updated for the Froyo I'm satisfied with my phone quality anyway.
