Got this phone in Jan 2011. It worked fine for about 6 months now it freezes up all the time. I have to take the battery out and put it back in to get it to work again. Sometimes it wont come back on for like 30 min. Its still under warranty but they give me the run around and won't replace it. Worst phone I've ever had.

Taking me awhile to learn to use the phone and it's features, but thus far I love it. The plan is what I have had for sometime with the exception of the data plan, and I love the rollover minutes.
