I like the features, I don't like the phone, it is hard to touch dial a number or send a text message. The numbers/letters are too touch sensitive or to close together, and it is difficult to send reply to messages. And the reception in my house is lousy, as compared to my last Samsung phone.

The basic phone functions on the Samsung Omnia all work great, and then there are the many business applications that are a must for an executive or student. There is a great media player, amazing camera, not to mention several other media toys such as video and FM radio. Once you figure this one out, you won't be caught without it.
