Terrible touch screen. Freezes up at least once a week. Bad battery life. Left my house for school with 4/5 bars, and by the time I came home at 4 it died. I also despise the fact that there is no conversation view for texting. Otherwise, it's a great phone. (NOT!!) DO NOT BUY THIS PHONE!!!!!

Exactly what Candice said! I am having the exact same issues with this phone. It is tiring and often a pain when you have to press an icon because instead the screen freezes or it presses the icon to the left or the right of it. I was told that they stopped selling the phone but when I went back into the store I was told that they could only replace it which really doesn't solve the problem. This phone is not worth 2 cents!

Worked ok for 6 months, however I couldn't get on the internet because the screen would freeze and had to take the battery out to fix it. The only way to access the internet is through the Facebook icon. Now my screen is starting to misalign with the sensors so that when I try to text or dial a number, whatever number I push it will activate the number to the left of it. This is a real problem and will be taking it back. This could be a safety hazard. Hope I never have to dial 911 with this phone!

Phone is nice, but I really dislike the touch screen only approach. I didn't think I would, but I do. I find maneuvering through the screens to be cumbersome, and I hate the fact that there is always fingerprints on my screen (even with the screen protector). Also, the back lit time feature doesn't work and the back lit light only stays on approximately 10 seconds even though I have it set to 1 minute. Positives are: the picture quality is great and the reception is good.

This phone comes pre-installed with bunch of junk programs that can not be removed. After 6 month of use the screen began randomly misaligning (when I press 9 it show that i pressed 7). Good call quality. Good battery. Love 3.5 headphone plug. I wish it could play divx but it can only play the lowest quality 3gp. Camera is good for daylight pictures.

Love my phone!!! The only thing I really have a problem with is when I want to look on the internet, the browser gets stuck and I will have to take the battery out to restart my phone to get it to work. Sometimes I have to repeat this several times before I'm able to get the internet. Overall it's very easy to use and love the touchscreen keyboard for texting.

I looked @ this phone all the time online and you tube and heard so many get reviews on this phone! But when I finally purchased for myself I found that I would be very very disappointed!! I dropped calls frequently, the internet was slow.....or would constantly say unable to connect & once you click to diagnose the problem it would say you have a working internet connection. Far as features every app. on the phone had to be charged a different fee to use, the screen froze up while in calls , clicking over, and when you tried to end the call! I thought I did a good thing putting insurance on my device, so when I began having problems with my phone after not even three months I was able to get a new one under the factory warranty , which in time started freezing up , dropping calls, not receiving calls but getting emails from people who called & thought I didn't answer.....but the problem was the phone never rang!! I can go on and on , bottom line i am truly disappointed & cant wait till my contract is over! Meanwhile I did purchase the HTC HD 2 which is the best phone out by far!!!!
