This phone is so much better than my Envy 3. The only problem with this phone is that the keys on the keypad of the touch screen are placed oddly. Also I bought the phone two days ago and when I try to text on the touch part it will freeze and then turn on and off a few times.

This phone was the best the best phone I had but I've had it for a week and I cant text using the touch screen if I tried texting of or hi it would shut off on me and as soon as it would turn on 3 min. Later it would shut off again and again if I were you I wouldnt get this phone im gunna go back to verizon and get the Lg extravert phone I think its a good phone but havent tried it yet ill let you guys know later :)
