Just a few years after she got her first cell phone (the Nokia brick phone), she set out to learn more and more about phones by becoming a professional cell phone reviewer (a job she's done for close to a decade). As CNET's former Cell Phone Diva, Joni might as well be a cell phone psychologist based on all the things people confess to her about cell phones and plans.
