I've had this phone for a couple months now. At first I really liked it. It is easy to learn, lightweight, fast browsing, seemed pretty perfect. However, the past week I will have full service bars and network connection but messages won't send and calls will not go through. This is highly frustrating since a smartphone should be successful in operating as a phone at all times. Because of the way the sim card works on this phone there is also no simple way to update it in order to solve the problem.
