Upgraded to this phone from a basic Flip Phone :0
Worst feature I can say is the keyboard. You just can't see the letters because it's silver against silver. The letters are backlit with light blue light. Severe eye strain. The only time you can see keyboard clearly is in pitch black darkness. I did find the online user guide very helpful and kinda fun. The booklet it comes with is useless. Good phone is you don't want to do the expensive plan for smart phone / android kind. Can add on features (i.e. web browsing) to your (basic) plan for about $15. Have yet to do that so can't comment on web browsing.

The touch screen is too sensitive. The key board is hard to read in daylight and even though letters illuminate when it's dark...could be much better. Still getting use to it, not sure I'll be keeping it.

Have this phone about 1 week. Not bad basic phone, touch screen a little too sensitive. I've made calls & sent text by accident. Also cancelled text without knowing it. Getting used to it, not too many choices for a basic texting phone without paying an extra charge every month. Phone beeps sometimes when I'm on calls, don't know why.
