Horrible, horrible phone. Sent it back after only 3 days of use and it was brand new. Memory issues, shut down at will, then finally would not power up at all.

I bought the phone and had the same memory issues. Verizon was not much after many phone calls and visits to the local store. I called LG at 1-800-793-8896 and they sent me the software update for the phone. It now works beautifully. Try it. I highly recommend this phone. Just got to get the software update.

Love the phone but the memory sucks badly I would not buy this phone due to that fact if I would have known it I wouldnt have bought it... $100 piece of junk!

This phone is good the first week. I began having memory problems and every time I called for help they told me different things. One thing did help though: you will have to go to phone settings, then security. You will have to restore it to factory conditions but you will need to take out your memory card first. Once your done you can go to back up assistance under your apps and retrieve your contacts again. You will have to repeat this every week or so and would be better off getting another phone.

Cute phone. Little, convienent, cheap, battery lasts forever. That being said, I wouldn't suggest anyone get this phone! I've had it 2 months. 8 gb memory card and still having memory issues. I had to delete all my apps and msgs to get on the internet for an hour. I'm getting not enough disk space pop ups as I type this. The touch screen went out 3 days after I got it, the camera is horrible, video quality is worse. I'm about to switch to my 6 year old razr. That says enough.

Phone memory locks up every week and I have to reset phone. Verizon admitted on the phone there was an issue but nothing to fix it my phone is 3 weeks old this phone sucks

Worst phone ever! Had it for not even a month and it has no memory at all I had to erase all of my pics music ringtones and contacts just to use it and I even bought a new memory card and it still has a memory problem! I am paying for data on this phone and I cant even use it cause it wont access my app or web... I do not recommend this phone to anyone big waste of money!!
