I have had NO PROBLEMS with my Phone, it has overall preformed very well!!Not sure about the other reviews, mine does all it is suppose to do, and works just fine!!

This is without a doubt one of the worst phones you can purchase. It's good for nothing. Using the internet is bad, it freezes and shuts the entire phone off. Texting is bad, you won't recieve your messages/calls. I reccomend you do not buy this phone.

This phone is ok from the start, but unfortunately there are problems. Using the internet slows the phone down overall and the screen will freeze up while you are texting. The earjack will stop working out of nowhere and sometimes you can't even put it on speakerphone. Playing music out loud on the speaker is ok. Overall the phone is slow, but hey the design is nice.

Terrible phone, going on the internet is like pulling teeth; there's no operating system, no video recorder and texting is crazy hard I had this phone for 2 months and I got so mad at it threw it against the wall and broke it.

It was a good phone but the headset jack will stop working soon enough. But I still like it. P.S they use Standard MicroSD cards you can buy at a metro store. Too Bad mine got stolen. So since I'm a kid, I have to wait unitl Christmas (YAY one week) To get my new phone. THE HUAWEI PINNACLE. I LOVE HUAWEI AND METRO PCS

This is truly a great phone, especially for the unbelievable low price. I still can't believe how lucky I was to have stumbled across it online. This is a very nice phone and it's good for younger and older people and texting and operation is a breeze. The only thing I dont like is it doesnt have a video camera and you cant use voice command other that that this is the perfect phone for anyone.
