Do not buy this phone. I had nothing but problems with this phone and the second replacement phone. It would say that I did not have the correct battery in it and then freeze up and get really hot, I would have to constantly take the battery out and restart it. It would not charge when I would get this error message and would have a black screen with one sm white line in the top left corner and again I would have to take the battery out and reboot the phone. Both phones had issues from the very first day of use. The second "replacement" phone wouldnt even pair with my blutooth...which in CA makes it useless while driving.

I upgraded my phone to the Prevail. And after having it for less than a month it started freezing up on me, while talking on the phone the screen would turn black and the only thing I can see on it is a white line on the top left and the phone would become hot. No I didn't drop the phone. I like the call quality when I used it. But the battery life wasn't good at all until I downloaded a battery saver for it. When the phone worked I would give it a 10. But when the problem I had it the phone I would have to give it a 2.
