The initial screen at power on, or mistaken bump sets up the user to switch the phone to SILENT mode without knowing it... LOGIC FLAW!

This phone is a pile...if you want a smart phone I would highly recommend an iPhone...it would be worth the extra money... I've had lots of problems with this phone.

Really like this phone and really enjoyed seeing all that it would do. There are many things that I did not know it would do until I downloaded the User Guide online and am having fun!

Being on a S.W.A.T. Team, I have dropped it from a three story building, only had a few small dents on the outside. The screen did not have a scratch on it. Dropped it in 4 ft. of saltwater, started to run a little crazy, so we will see if it goes away?

I dropped my phone and the glass shattered, very disappointed. I thought it was military strong but apparently not!! If it was military strong you would think the glass would withstand a drop and would not shatter.

Phone is tough. Don't know what these others are talking about. Have actually dropped from around ten foot onto railroad tracks with no case on the phone. Little scratch on side of phone is it. No broken glass or anything like that. Operating system is super fast. Battery life could be better. Still better than other smart phones.

After having a stint with Nextel which I liked till sprint took over, then a stretch with sprint, worst ever. Then two years with AT&T liked everything but coverage area. Finally went to Verizon, love the Commando phone, service is best of all the carriers I have tried in this rural area. I will say its also the most expensive but I know it will work when I want it too. The 3G connection is so much faster then what I had at AT&T. So for now I love it. Time will tell.

Phone is misleading. Glass is not stronger then an iPod so use at your own risk. My glass shattered above the usb port even with a silicon case on. Dropped it about 2 feet( from my cargo short pocket).If given the choice i would return it in a minute.
