Overall the phone is feature rich and easy to use once you learn the menus. Having a back-facing camera is great. Syncing with pc is easy. Adding mp3s from pc library is easy. Everything about the phone is easy once you learn the menu system which in itself is easy! Enjoy

I'm really happy with my new phone. I researched and compared quite a few before I chose the Incredible 2 by HTC. I chose the HTC brand because I have friends that have HTC phones and they have been very pleased with them. The phone does everything I was looking for and more. The dual camera is a real plus and picture quality with a 8MP camera is phenomenal. I would recommend this phone above other Droid phones because of the HTC brand and ease of use. Outperforms my old iPhone by far!!

I love everything about my new Incredible 2! The battery lasts me all day, but does require me to charge every evening. Even so, I still love it!

I have had no problems with Verizon or the Droid Incredible. I read all the reviews that talked about the battery life on the Incredible, but I haven't had an issue. I check email throughout the day, check stocks and news, text, and look up something online, but I'm not talking on it all day either. I was a little concerned about the data plans but even if you go over the 2 gig limit, it's still not as much as the 5 gig plan. Hope this review helps.

Overall, I do LOVE this phone! It's very slick, and doesn't feel so delicate like a lot of other smartphones out there. The screen is crisp and clear, and the phone rarely lags. The camera is amazing, and takes better pictures than my digital camera. It comes with Gingerbread now, if it doesn't come with it, then it automatically does a download of the update. My only issues are battery life and how easy it is to accidentally dial someone! These two complaints are just typical of any smartphone though. If you use it for a few phone calls, and checking your facebook on your lunch break, then you won't have any issues with battery life. If you use it heavily, then you will run out of juice within 4 hours. Download call confirm. You need it, trust me. Touch someones picture anywhere on the phone and it will dial them up, regardless of whether you have the dialer on or not. So please, download call confirm.

I like the phone a lot and have gotten used to it, but the only thing I don't like is not being able to listen to music without using my data usage. Why can't I listen to the music without the internet?

I really love this phone, but I should have gotten the one with the touch screen and the keyboard..and the only thing I cant figure out is how to use the front camera... But still trying to figure it all out..we don't have 4G here so if it works this well switching from 1x to 3G, I cant wait to see 4G or 3G fully..I definitely have been showing all of my friends the cell.

Phone is great and easy to use but the battery life is not the greatest. Needs to be recharged at least every 36 hours or it will go completely down. Have to run an apps killer to make sure there is nothing running in the background eating up the battery. When you get out of an app it keeps it running in the background instead of closing it - this is one of the main reasons why it eats the battery so fast.

The Droid Incredible 2 has incredibly lousy reception. I have a hard time getting any kind of a signal while my wife with her Droid 2 gets a good signal. The Incredible 2 also has the worst speakers and volume, again my wife's Droid 2 volume can blast mine out of the water and that is with her across the room. For just calls and surfing the net its great if you are looking for one to enjoy music with, don't buy this one. You will be disappointed.

It is not so durable. Minimal exposure to dampness caused water damage. Also screen does not always light with phone calls and causes difficulty answering.

Not worth the free cost, dropped call's not loud enough with it on high setting's, the battery life won't hold up. Don't get one bottom line !

This is my first smart phone. The call quality is not as good as I had with AT&T. Design is nice and fairly easy to navigate. Like everyone else has said, the battery life is horrible but expected with this type of phone. I suggest buying a car charger and extra charger to have with you at all times.
