I've had the phone for a few weeks, and I think it's okay. I love the texting features, and the slide out keyboard. The call quality isn't good, you have to hold it just right in your ear to hear, and sometimes I answer the phone and can't hear what they're saying. It's isn't a good phone if you're a music lover like myself, because you can't call and text at the same time. That's what really annoys me. Overall, it's a nice phone if you just want to call and text.

I like this phone but when you call people, I cant understand them at all. I've had to replace this phone several times because it just decided to not work. Good phone but only for a certain amount of time.

Not impressed with the quality of this phone. It seems really cheap and like tin. Maybe I am backwards, but it seems like the keyboard slides the wrong direction. If your ear isn't placed just right you can't hear the call and it doesn't stay locked very well. Mine is set to unlock touching 2 specified buttons, but it seems to always unlock in my purse and pocket. Looking at trading it in on a different phone.

I love this phone! My husband bought it for me when my old phone finally crapped out on me. I love the slide out qwerty keyboard. The phone is so easy to use it makes my old one look complicated! If you're looking for a slim, light, easy to use phone, this is the one.

I need to find a hard cover for the phone. When it is in my purse, buttons get pushed and take me where I don't want to go.
Also, I am having a time with the phone ringer. I cannot get it to ring out loud. Not sure what the problem is. I keep setting it to ring and vibrate at the highest volume in the Sounds settings. For some reason it does not ring and goes right to VM when I get a call.

I like the features, the QWERTY keyboard. But like the other comments here, I've had a terrible time with battery life. First they did a "super-charge"(?!), said all fine, then replaced the phone, then replaced the battery. Still ...4 hours battery life?!

It was a little hard getting used to this phone as I only had basic flip phones before this. Having to lock the keyboard and it's larger size is something I am getting used to fine. BUT, the battery life is horrible. I have had the phone (not battery) replaced after I was told my battery was good, that didn't help. Now they sent me a new battery and that hasn't helped. I don't use the phone that much but I am afraid I won't make it through the day on a single charge. Friends have the Intensity I that and use it much more than I and their charge last for most of the week. What is up with the Intensity II?

A pretty good phone overall (if you want a basic texting phone). I like the separate number keys on the QWERTY keyboard. Feels a little flimsy, but is holding up well after a month or so. Has calendar functions, but cannot sync with your PC calendar. The Samsung software (PCstudio) doesn't allow this and third party software (Bitpim) doesn't support this phone. That's a major disappointment for me. Great battery life even with bluetooth on all the time. I never use the web browser (don't want a data package) so can't comment on it. Overall a good (basic) phone.

when talking on phone it sometimes sounds like its on speaker phone when its not, very hard to hear the other person. Any noise will make it worst.
