This phone started off great. But after a few months the touchscreen would not work. It would not pick up my touch, I couldn't do anything with it. I returned it and got a new Samsung gravity smart. But after a couple months, it quit working AGAIN. So I do NOT recommend this phone.

Had this phone for a year. This is my third Casio GZ phone. No problems what-so-ever. This phone has the best speaker phone hands down. I have toggled between speaker and earphone during a conversation without the other person ever knowing they are on speaker. The big display for the clock is a nice feature as well.

This phone is horrible. I got this phone in March 2011 and now it is November 2011 and it has problems. It restarts itself a lot and now that I have had it for so long the battery is wearing down. I feel like the phone is messing up the chargers that I have because I am already on my 3rd charger I have to buy this week and when I get on facebook or any website that needs me to type in something I cannot type in anything. This phone should have been no more than $20.00 like seriously! Horrible and I do not recommend it to anyone. The call AND speaker volume is low, the brightness sucks, you almost don't hear it when it rings because it's not loud, and it is just horrible.

The Kyocera Torino is a very slow and unreliable phone so I don't recommend this phone as an owner.

Where is the software? I want the Casio G'zOne Ravine Contact Manager Software. It is supposed to be included. Now I cannot find where to download it.

Just purchased this phone and so far I'm really impressed; it has a lot of features for an inexpensive phone including the missed call and message reminder beep which is really hard to find on any phone these days. The keys are a little smaller than I would like, but for the value, so far it seems to be a pretty good phone.
