The Motorolla RAZR is the best cell phone ever for MetroPCS. I got the option for a local phone with unlimited talk time to anywhere all over the US. The plan costs $30 per month with unlimited talk time whether you call or not and I have no problem with the service or bill. When traveling to other states, all you have to do is add minutes like a prepaid.

I have had MetroPCS service since June, 2004 and I'm pretty happy with them. I like the price and the fact that you don't have to sign a 1- to 2-year contract. The phones are full price, unfortunately. I have noticed the service get better since I first purchased service, but then again, I'm on my 4th phone. I would definitely recommend Metro for those who don't travel out of area a lot. I like their customer service and haven't had billing problems, either.

Metro PCS used to be good but is going downhill fast. I've used them for almost 3 years and was happy as a clam at first. But over the course of the last year network quality has decreased greatly. Pretty much forget it if you want to make a call inside a building. No coverage at my work. Next to no service at my house. And when I asked a customer service guy about it he had a well rehearsed answer of, "oh your phone is OLD. That's why." After I informed him my phone was less than a year old he looked sheepish and shrugged his shoulders. It's cheap! But if it doesn't work, than it's not a very good value.

I'm very happy and satisfied with Metro pcs company my customers call me all day long and I get all my calls with out dropping not even one. I love it and I have permission to speak freely. I have so far 4 metro pcs phones they are great. In case that a call drops they will call you right back, keep the good work metro you are my #1 cell phone company. I love it! I will like you to get new phone models I'm all ways checking! Your customer service is great! And faster service than bigger company's. Remember you have permission to speak freely.

I have nothing but good things to say about MetroPCS. $52/mo. For unlimited local and ld calls, voicemail, unlimited text messaging, etc. Is an incredible deal. For those who complain about bad service.. Please understand that MetroPCS leases their towers from Sprint PCS.. So complaining that MetroPCS is inferior is completely inaccurate. Switch to one of the other over-priced mega wireless carriers will not help your cause. All carriers will drop a call or two, depending on the area that does not have coverage. Sure, I get dropped calls with MetroPCS, but I know exactly where those dead zones are, because I drive through them two times a day and know when to expect them. Otherwise, I have never had an issue with my MetroPCS service, and I've used them for ten months now. I hope MetroPCS stays around for many years to come.
