The only good thing about boost mobile is their value plan. Everything else is so-so and their automated customer service is really worse than a 1. I'd give it a minus 4 (-4) if I could. If I added up the number of hours spent trying to access a customer service rep for something as simple as porting a number or, establishing a payment setup and then paid myself $20 an hour for time wasted then the value of the service would be worse than a full priced carrier. What am I doing wasting my time with these bozos?

The customer service is one of the worst. It's extremely difficult to connect to a live person, the automated menu doesn't give you enough options and the options they do give, you end up with an automated message rather than real help. I like the phone and the plan is reasonable but the service is so awful I would never recommend Boost Mobile.

Been with Boost for over two years now. They have great customer service and you can't go wrong with their Shrinkage plan. My only want is that they should have a better selection of smartphones and offer a 4g network. I get a new phone from them every few months or so and I have the Samsung Prevail right now. Great phone....does what it's supposed to do.....plus I'm only paying a fraction of what I was paying with Verizon and US Cellular. So go with Boost if your looking for a great plan with great customer service without the long term contracts of the other companies.
