I really don't like this phone I have only had it since august, I take really good care of it, and pieces are falling off. Also when I go to set my alarm for the morning I set it at midnight for 6 am and it tells me I have 13 hours left until the alarm goes off. Also the message inbox fills up too quickly and the internet is way slow. Overall I would not recommend this phone to anyone.

I have had this phone for a while and have come to really like it. The QWERTY keyboard is really easy to use and I don't feel this phone is heavy or bulky at all. The battery life is very good unless you talk for over an hour or have an application constantly running for a while. My only complaint would be the vibration. When the phone is on vibrate and you get a call, the vibration is so loud and violent that it's almost not worth it. I tend to ignore that setting and keep the phone on silent which causes me to miss a lot of calls. Also, at first I had issues when I got a call and opened the phone vertically. Pressing it against my face sometimes caused the phone to close and hang up without me realizing it. I've gotten used to how I need to hold the phone now. Overall, I would recommend this phone if you do not need internet features. It's a great phone.

Well satisfied with both the phone and the plan. Our renewal and extension of our plan went very well. There were absolutely no problems.
