The Nextel i870 cell phone is absolutely wonderful!!!! The MP3 player sounds like I've got music playing on my PC in my living room! The design looks great and I love the screen resolution - I'm not squinting trying to see who is calling me at 2am. The battery life is just what I expected for all the features that the phone has, especially when I charge it every night. But I still get the talk time I need! Great job Nextel!!!!

My Nextel i870 phone is basically useless most of the time, it has a lot of dropped calls, and hardly ever has service, and lets not start on the quality of the pictures as well as the time frame it takes to receive a text message. I would not recommend anyone to purchase a Nextel i870 phone.

The first Nextel i870 phone sent just froze and stopped working. A new phone was sent, but a 55.00 delivery charge was applied. The mp3 player has yet to work, very difficult to get it working. Your better of just getting a phone without mp3, not worth the trouble. I would not go with Nextel next time.

TheNextel i870 phone is awesome. I love the capabilities of the phone and the easiness to use it. The battery was ok but I upgraded to an extended battery which made it easier to keep going. The MP3 player is awesome and easy to use. The full features of the phone is awesome and never had a problem with it.

Loved the Nextel i870 cell phone until I was robbed and attacked with a handgun and sustained multiple wounds but the 3 days I had with it was the best phone experience I will ever come across.

I love the Nextel i870. It has everything Bluetooth, mp3, camera and video. The camera is not that great, but hey I had a 8.1 digital camera for those real photos that I need to take.

I have been a Nextel customer for 5 years and started out with the i60 then, i90, i95, i730 then the i870. For all you users who are complaining; Nextel phones are mainly for work use. They are big and bulky and unless you are in urban areas you will have dropped calls. The cell phone comes with a cd-rom so you can learn all the features. Overall I think its a nice cell phone when you learn to use all the features but for $400 bucks; the scan card should have more memory and the battery life could be better. For all you faithful Nextel customers if you have the i730, don't waste your money on the i870. I rarely use mine.

I think that the Nextel i870 is a great cell phone beside the fact that battery life is not good. Other then that it is a good phone, the mp3 player is nice to have. I just love everything about the Nextel cell phone.

I purchased the i870 about 6 months ago. This is my first Nextel phone and the best. My cousins have changed their phones every 6 months but I love this phone. Like all Motorola phones the battery is not too good. My advice would be to buy a stronger battery. The screen is perfect in size and color. The only thing I would change is the bulkiness. I think it's too fat. I don't use the mp3 player but I've used it and it's good. If I were to change phone it would be to the i880 because of its sleek new design. The camera is excellent I get perfect quality pictures each time. The display is huge: inside and out. Like every phone, there are a few dropped calls but I've talked for hours and it doesn't drop. The i870 has the best flip button for a perfect flip every time. The worst part of the phone is that the mp3's cannot be used as ringtones, you have to download them. Overall this phone is great. Don't mind the battery just buy a new one from LetsTalk but besides that this is Nextel's best phone ever.........!!!!!!!!!

The Nextel i870 is an ok phone it is kinda hard to use and its exspensive. I love the ringtones I feel it should have better battery life and more memory for phone model but other thatn that its great.
