The Nextel i560 cell phone is quite duriable. Easy to naviagte, nice color display. All past cameras I purchased usually required replacing within a year. I believe this one is going to hang in there and surpass the 1year mark!

The Nextel i560 is a tank. It has taken ten times the abuse most cell phones can take. I have only had two issues. Any adjustment to the volume also adjusts the ring volume. So, if I turn it down to talk in a quiet place, the ringer is also turned down. Second, I cannot set it to Ring & Vibrate. It can be one or the other, but not both. Otherwise, it is one of the better cell phones I have owned.

Ok so I have had my phone for about 2 years up till now it has worked fairly well. It still dropped calls and texting takes for ever to send and recieve but it was a good first nextel phone. But the last 3 months it has been just powering down by itself and then not coming on. And yes it is almost impossible to close battery charging door. And it is so rugged if it gets ran over by a fork lift it will not break.

The Nextel i560 seems to be well built. I have problems closing the charging cover and keeping it closed. Reception in my area is about average, hopefully Nextel/Sprint will continue as they promised, to improve service and add additional towers...

I have this phone mainly for the touch to talk feature. When the volume is too high its hard to understand. Its difficult to store numbers from received calls. I know other people who have the same phone and recommend it because of the abuse the phone can take. Overall I like the Nextel i560 for everyday use.

Great phone, easy to use. Only complaint is it seems the battery life is a bit short but I never turn my phone off and I charge it every other day or so. It just doesn't last as long as my previous cell did (Kyocera from Alltel). Overall, I love my new Nextel i560 though!

I've used the Nextel i560 phone for about 3 months and had to replace the phone (was going in and out of service) although this could be just a execption. But other then this problem the phone hasn't had problems the reception and voice quality is fine not a good as my old phone which was a I740. The overall design of the phone is what really attracted me to this phone and I wasn't disappointed. The phone design is straight forward no camera, navigating through the menu options is very clear and intuitive. The feature I didn't get to try is the durability in that I havn't drop the phone or ran in the rain with it yet but give it time I will as my old I740 can attest to. If you are looking into a no nonsense phone this I would recomend taking a look at the I560.

I find the Nextel i560 phone very easy to use, clear tone and always have a signal.

I bought three of these Nextel i560 phones when I started my business last year. They all are terrible. Restarting when they want to, or sometimes just shutting off. The call quality is substandard and nextel offers no help.
