The service with this phone from T-Mobile has been so far very good. Customer service staff are especially nice every time I have called in to T-Mobile. My kids love the MP3 players on these phones and I like the fact that you have service almost everywhere. I feel my kids are safe and can get in touch with me no matter where they are. The batteries in this phone hold up for days compared to the phones that Alltel gives you the batteries only last 4 hours fully charged. Also LetsTalk.com is a great company. So many choices and plans to choose from. I would greatly recommend them to everyone.

My dad got me this Motorola V360 cell phone on Friday and it's the best cell phone you could have. The MP3 player, video recorder. This phone is stylish, small, and power full. I definitely recommend this phone.

I got a family plan from LetsTalk.com and it turned out so much better then when I was with Cingular . I would not refer anyone to use Cingular service but will tell all my friends about LetsTalk.com . I got the Motorola V360 cell phones and I am very happy with them and how easy they are to use.. The Motorola V360 cell phone exceded my expectations! This is the best phone I've ever had! I love the mp3 player and has the convience of bluetooth. It has tons of features like edge technology so when I connect it with my laptop for internet its faster than I expected. The menu is easy to use and the reception is the best hands down. My parents live out in the hill country and no cell phone has worked well out there (with any carrier). When I took my v360 out there I can walk anywhere in the house and no problem! I purchased this over the RAZR because of the mp3 player. All my friends purchsed the RAZR and none are as happy with it as I am my v360. The only thing I didn't like was the design and color but I was over that quickly!

I just got the Motorola V360 cell phone 2 days ago and am already in love with it. I have owned several different phones over the years, but none that I like as well as this one. The picture quality is great! On most features, I didn't even have to refer to owner's manual...it's that easy to figure out and use. I definitely will recommend this phone to everyone I know.

The Motorola v360 gets good reception, its simple to dial a number (like any other phone). I hate the fact that the ringer volume button is on the outside and there's no way to disable it without setting a password that I will have to enter whenever I change the volume setting. I had hell trying to get the USB connection to work and it only ended because I gave up. I could not transfer files because the bluetooth device on the phone is only good for finding device names. The camera is blurry. The manual answers absolutely no questions besides "this is a USB port". I hate this phone, buyers beware.

my phone gets poor reception. I like all the features that it has. I'm having trouble collecting my "rebate" from "let's talk" I signed up for 1500 anytime minutes with lets talk", and only got 1000 from "t-mobile, when I received my bill.

This phone never lets me hear a complete sentence from my callers.There is static and it cuts out and lose most of what the caller is saying.When I scroll my phone book it always scrolls past the number I stopped at.I would love to know if I could choose a different phone with the family plan I purchased through T-Mobile,and turn these in to the seller.Would you let me know if that is possible?Thank-you.
