The Moto Q is the best phone that I've ever had. I can do so many things with it. I wouldn't trade it for another phone.

Earlier I had an HTC phone and had decided I will use nothing but Windows Mobile. The Motorola Q9h looked like a great choice and it was at a pretty decent price on LetsTalk.com. Once I started using it, I realized that Motorola has completely screwed up the interface. The user interface is very badly designed. Finding applications is like going through a maze. Battery life is very bad, but with the package they give one extra extended life battery, but that makes the phone look bulky and the battery life isn't very good either. If you are reading this review, I assume you are interested in this phone. I have only one piece of advice, stay away from it.

The form and fit of the the Q9h is nice. The screen is beautiful. As a phone, which is the primary use it is really good. Call quality is outstanding and the speaker phone is the best I've used. WM6 not as polished as the treo. If you are looking for a treo replacement, you may be disappointed.

This phone is really for those that like it all in a slightly smaller screen size as compared to other models. The bluetooth stereo, memory expansion, music and video playback, full easy keyboard qwerty, make it a good recommendation.

The call quality is not as good as I had with my previous phone through Alltel. The ease of use is limited only by my ability to absorb all it will do (smile). The design is okay, but somewhat hard to adapt to the tiny keyboard. The battery life is very limited. I have a bigger battery, but have not been able to find a case that will accommodate the bigger size of the phone when it has the bigger battery. Please, let me know where I can get a case that is made for the Moto Q9h with the expanded battery.

I have had this phone now for a couple of months and I really like it. I like the features on it and the key board. It is also pretty easy to use and has exceptional reception and call quality. The camera isn't bad but not as crisp and clear as you would think for 2 mp.The only bad thing with this phone is the battery life, I use the extended battery and still have to charge it up daily after normal use of email and texting daily. Also with the extended battery the phone is quite heavy, so an ear piece is useful. This would be a perfect phone if the battery life were longer.

Battery Life 4.0

Battery life is much better with the high capacity battery (included with the phone), but I have to use the standard capacity battery with the aluminum case I bought to protect the phone. So far, the phone performs great. I have not had any problems with either the phone or the service. At&t customer service was unbelievably quick in answering a question concerning a phone feature.
