This is a great phone, but the battery life is horrid. Charging it twice a day just barely gets me by.

I love this phone. hardly ever get dropped calls. Battery life is great. Facebook is awesome so nice you don't have to go through the web to get into Facebook.

The only thing I don't like is the camera. It doesn't show a clear picture and it's fuzzy - no flash also. Other than that love it!

someone out there please tell me how I can increase the font size on this devour phone, my vision is not going to allow me to keep this cell unless I can make the lettering larger.

Ok the issues that have been with this phone is the camera. About every month we are replacing the device due to the camera seal slipping and blocking the camera. Be cautious about this. My phone is in top quality with nothing on it. Has never been dropped or anything, but this keeps happening like clock work about three weeks after getting the replacement phone.

I just purchased this phone yesterday. I, too, thought that I couldn't change my ringtones, after having downloaded an mp3. I spent hours last night, nothing! However, this morning, I tried again, this time when I received the notification from Verizon, while I was playing the mp3, I held my hand on the mp3 icon, and suddenly a direction popped up that asked if I wanted to save it, I clicked on that, and PRESTO, I found it in my ringtones. Try and see if this works for you.
