I can't wait to get rid of this phone. It calls people on its own. Will force close when you need it the worst. Calls the last person dialed when you hang up from a call. Will actually call the person you are talking to on another line on its own. I wonder sometimes if AT&T is charging me for both lines. I would not recommend this piece of junk to anyone. Just as soon as I can I am getting rid of it. I would have thrown it against a brick wall many a time if it had not been my only phone.

This phone does all sorts of interesting things, like call people when it's sitting on the table! I've been on the phone with AT&T about this phone numerous times, and the worst part about that is you can't just ask for the Android Dept. They want you to go through the whole Q & A before they will connect you to the Android Dept. It's ridiculous and a waste of everyone's time. I've reset this phone, I've downloaded updates (shouldn't it auto update?), I've been to the AT&T store for help, replaced the sim card. The phone still acts up. It is normally extremely slow to react when touched (even the AT&T "tech" guy said so). But sometimes it is extremely sensitive, as in dialing someone all by itself while sitting on a table without being touched! Go figure! The apps are good, if you want to pay for more services. In fact, THIS PHONE IS GREAT AT EVERYTHING, EXCEPT AS A PHONE!!!! So, before this phone is a year old, I will be getting a replacement. Hopefully that will solve the problems I've had with this phone. And once my contract is over, bye bye AT&T!!!

In my opinion this phone is great, I love the design and easy use concepts. Sadly the scencery buttons are going out but other than that I tell my friends to buy this cell, and they\'re very happy with it! Go at&t!!

I love the fact that I can easily check my email and access Facebook on this phone, and my messages show on my phone's "Home Page." I also love the fact that I have access to several free apps. What I don't love about the phone is the fact that the screen is so sensitive to touch. Frequently, when I'm on a call, just the simple fact that my face is near the phone will either put the call on mute or on speaker. The phone is sometimes slow to close out of the call screen, so if I hit the arrow twice, I've activated some voice activation thing, and it takes forever to get out of that. The battery life stinks too, but I was prepared for that because a techie friend told me that you have to charge all android phones nearly every day when you use them. I had a problem where my phone started to constantly reboot itself, so I took it to AT&T and they shipped me a new phone free, since it was less than a year old. This made me very happy.

The touch screen is slow to respond and AT&T's towers are too far apart for a good steady signal. Can't wait for my contract to end, switching to Verizon.

The design of the phone is something I do like about it. I like having a keyboard with keys you can actually touch. Battery life is not good, if someone was to use this all day for they would need to charge throughout the day. If someone texts you, I think the phone expects you to text them back. If you don't the next text you respond to will go to the first person. Not a good thing. Spoke to other people with same phone and they have the same problem. Also read reviews saying the same thing. The only way I haven't had this happen, which sometimes I forget to do, is to, hit reply on the first text message like you are going to respond and either hit send with nothing on the screen or hit disregard. When someone calls you sometimes the phone won't allow you to answer. It will pop up on the screen if you want to answer it but won't let you push anything. The home button takes you to home but if you push it twice it has to be set for other things, mine brings up my applications. This is irritating when I just want to push the home button to get to the messaging area to check a text. I'm not sure if I would recommend this phone. The design is nice, the display is nice, but there are all these little irritating things I don't like.

Just an awful phone. Comes with way to much AT&T Bloatware. This phone combined with the AT&T Service is just downright awful.

The phone is great in most respects however, it has issues maintaining connectivity with my bluetooth, and I periodically have to re-pair it. The same bluetooth earpiece has no issues with my other phone. I am also a little disappointed that Motorola has not kept their commitment to update it to Android 2.1 by the end of 3rd qtr 2010. We are halfway through the 4th qtr and no upgrade in site. I Would recommend the phone if you don't mind re-pairing the bluetooth periodically and can accept Android 1.5 as a permanent OS.
