Battery life is amazing! The design is very good but the phone can be confusing and I would rather have the keyboard slide the other way. The call quality is also good. Overall, the phone would be a 81/2 out of 10.

I love this phone! I have been very happy with all functions. The slide out keyboard is the greatest and it's fast. I have owned it for at least 6 months. I retuned another phone that would not let me pick up my calls, it would literally go to voice mail while I was touching the screen to answer. Very frustrating. But NO problems with this phone.This is my 1st touch screen I could not be more pleased.

One of the worst phones I have ever used. What ever you do, do not buy this phone. The OS is one of the worst that I have ever used. 1/2 of the time I can't text on this phone. I have owned this for about 3 months and the touch screen is going bad. The only good thing about this phone is that the call quality is OK but I do not make a lot of calls.

Got this in october. I loved it at first, but now I just want to get a new phone that works like it's supossed to. Texting doesn't go through easily anymore, I have to restart, and even then it takes ages to work. Oh and it freezes. Do not buy this phone

This phone sucks!! Haven't had it a month and the screen just stopped working. Before the screen died it would freeze when trying to use touch screen. Sprint will only replace it with a referb and I have to wait a week to get that. I would not buy the Rumor Touch. It is not people friendly. The slide is backwards to all other phones. After much research lots of people have the same problem as me and sprint needs to discontinue this phone and over use a better phone that actually works without me going back every 4-5 weeks to keep getting referbed ones that have the same problem.

I loved this phone when I first got it but since the summer of 2011 I have had nothing but problems with it. My service carrier is Sprint, I've brought the phone to the store 3 times and talked to at least 4 reps including a manager on the phone and they were absolutely no help. My phone is still broken every 4th to 5 text message it freezes resulting in having to take the battery out and restart the process again only for it to happen again. I can't get an upgrade till october and sprint keeps returning my phone broken. Nice company huh

How can I change the tower signal, I can't get a signal in my house are there something on the phone to pick up from other towers and I didn't get my memory card when i'am I going to get it,if I could get a signal in my house i'd say good

I've had this phone for a little over 2 months and, well, It's starting to get old. The touch screen sometimes works and sometimes freezes. The calls going out make a weird noise. I wish I would've got the phone I actually ordered.
