I never had a problem with this phone. Maybe the only thing would be the internet itself. No 3G nor 4G which would be understandable but still doesn't surpass the Samsung admire which is 2x faster. Camera is wonderful unlike most phones, its clear and high quality. Call is good, never had a problem with it. Battery life is ok unless you have an app running for a long time it will kill your battery.
