I got my phone 2 weeks ago and it is the best phone I have had. The design is cool the touch dial is really cool and the qwerty keyboard is awesome. The only thing wrong with it is the smaller buttons. But all in all it is a good phone. I would buy this phone again and again.

My first phone! I've had this phone for about 11 months, and I had a few problems with it. First of all, the phone had HORRIBLE calling problems; when I called people I couldn't hear them or they couldn't hear me! It took at least 30 seconds to send one text message, and it took 2 minutes to connect to the internet! We went to our local AT&T store and it turned out i had a defective phone; they sent me a new one and i returned my old one free of charge. The customer service was awesome though, they really cared! Looking at other reviews, people also have had the same problems, but now the phone is fast, trendy and awesome!

The service through AT&T is great. However the phone design is awkward when talking on the phone. I like the touch keypad.

I love the look of the phone and a QWERTY board for texting. The phone however does not call out or receive calls very well. It is slow at times and then freezes and I have to wait to do anything. I don't like that when I'm on the phone and I need to browse for a number I cannot do that. My other phones did that. Overall it was ok, not the best phone I've had.
