I have tried to contact metro about my phone that I ordered before Christmas, to tell them the battery lasts 1/2 the day with no use and it shuts off and back on by itself. When I finally talk to a person, she told me to go to a store. I went to a store and I am on a waiting list for a "refurbished" phone, that I would receive sometime after the 100 people that were on the list received theirs. I actually bought two of these phones, one for my son and his works fine. I think this is bull, I'd rather have my old phone back. Service sucks!!!!!

Phone keep rebooting for no reason, at times I can't even hold a call, I'm on my second phone. So beware with this phone as they haven't sent out the update to stop the rebooting and are not sure the update will work.

Amazing phone. I've had them all and this is the best yet. Yeah the battery is an issue but if you download juice defender from the app market your battery will last. It's free.
