I do not have a data plan so my battery will last about a week before having to charge. The phone does a great job for me.The only downside is the quick lock-out.

Am not used to having to charge it everyday. It's a year and a half old now and it has to be charged after every call. The camera actually doesn't take too bad of a pic; at least compared to my last phone. My biggest problem is the phone gets extremely hot. I use the speaker most of the time because of a severe neck injury but I don't believe a phone be should almost too hot to touch. I will be trading up as soon as the contract allows next month. I do love the large screen, so much easier to see and have never had trouble with it locking up. It does drop calls but every phone with AT&T does and that includes Nokia and Motorola as well.

I have absolutely loved this phone. But one month after warranty ran out (one year) now nothing on the screen will access. I touch the screen and nothing happens.I can pull up my last calls and call those people by using the buttons one happens to be voicemail but can't delete or save messages now. At&t no longer carrying the phone and I'm still in contract till Dec. Of this year.

I do not like that the phone only allows you yo talk about 15 minutes at a time. I do not like that the phone lock out so quick.

This is a good phone. I'm 6 foot 3 in tall, so its just a bit small for me even though its one of the larger data phones. The protective case makes it feel a little larger. Clicking on a link on the web is hard because the links show up very small. The speaker phone needs to be louder. Other than those things the phone is good.

I don't understand the message function. With my previous phone was able to receive picture messages and now it rejects them. I did requested that I did not want the internet on the phone and I did want it blocked. Is this why?

I am disappointed with the phone. It's difficult to use. I would have preferred a flip phone. It requires unlocking for every step even though I have turned the security off. I have to go through too many steps to make a call and the touch screen is not very responsive.
