I just got this phone because I was forced to upgrade. In my opinion this phone sucks. I lose service all the time. As well as this phone is slow. I almost lost my job because I don't recieve any of my calls or texts I am on call at all times and at first I thought this was just metro's service. I liked my other phone much better becuase I NEVER had a problem till now. It doesn't help me at all when I don't recieve calls correctly. My service includes internet and all as well It won't allow me to use my internet service either. Which I need. Maybe in a few months it will be worth it but atm I GOT THE THING.

This phone is great, I was forced to "upgrade" to this phone when my beloved Samsung freeform 3 was water damaged by the snow, so I was torn on getting my old phone back or trying something new. My boyfriend convinced me to get the Huawei Pinnacle which was cheaper and I'm very happy, the only downside I found with this phone is that the buttons are weird since I have been accustomed to the full qwerty keyboard but you get used to it and it's just a great phone to buy for cheap and get great usage out of it.

"Upgraded" To a Pinnacle from a more expensive touch screen "Smartphone" (that I didn't use a tenth of all the apps on) and added an additional line to my service all for 35.01 which ended up getting prorated out of my monthly charge so I'll only have to pay half my bill next month. How is it everyone isn't using Metropcs? My monthly bill for 4 lines is 35.00 less than a friend of mine who only has 2 with one of the "real" (his words) cell companies .
