I love my HTC Pure phone, the battery life is not all that great. I have to charge the phone every night, because it only holds a charge for a day. The phone was hard to figure out when I first got it, but after I figured out all the features on the phone it is the greatest phone I have ever used. The design is awesome it scrolls through different applications with no problems. I would definitely recommend this phone to other people.

Well I'm an avid computer user and a regular cell phone user, so with the smart phone I thought my communication problems were over. It has taken a while to learn how to use the features and I'm still having some email sending issues. But my biggest disappointment was screen size. I thought it would be a lot larger and the zoom in feature is kinda flaky.

I hated the phone. As a long time Blackberry user I had high expectations for this device however it failed horribly. The keyboard was not at all user friendly, it just didn't cut it I returned the item within a week. It also kept crashing!!

I take great care of my things, and I haven't done all that much with this phone in the month I've had it. That being said, I'm pretty mad that the phone is freezing constantly, taking 1-2 minutes to respond to my touch quite often. That's nice that they have a soft reset button easily accessible on the back cause you'll need it, but if you want a phone that you don't have to work at to keep it running then pass on this phone. Its a great phone with great features and I love it. When it works.

HTC Pure is one of the best cell phone and is easy to use and the Microsoft office software that can keep data input is great.

This phone is very easy to set up and use. Applications are easy to understand and setting up accounts like e-mail and Facebook are straight forward. I am very happy with this phone.
