Mine went into safe-mode so most of my apps don't work, and I can't download anymore. The camera also takes forever to take a picture and the bead doesn't for the camera. I had the first andriod eris and it worked out perfectly, the updated ones are bad.

Ive had to return this phone teice and unfortunately this will be my third time..cant make calls on time due to keyboard getting freezed all the time. Hate this phone

It force closes way too much and has horrible battery life even if you dont use it, but other than that its a great phone.

This phone SUCKS!!! when you push a botton there's a long delay then when something finally comes up it responds to your last few commands! I wouldn't give this phone to my worst enemy!!! piece of CRAP!!!

Phone is tight. Plan not too good and I went over minutes for the month already. Good thing Verizon called me and let me know and upgraded my plan so that I wouldn't have to pay for them overage charges. Verizon is good peeps.

This is an AMAZING phone(: I love everything about it EXCEPT the Battery Life. They need to come out with a battery that increase the battery life without increasing the size of the phone. That being said, i would recommend this phone to anyone. It has great size and I found it super easy to use.

I have had this phone for a month. I was a little scared when I first got it because the battery drained constantly. But with the OTA upgrade to Android 2.1, the battery life is much better. The phone is easy to use and the service is great. I have had one dropped call and that was in a place that, when I had AT&T, I couldn't get service anyway. I am pleased with both the carrier(Verizon) and the Eris. I am still waiting for syncing between OSX and the Android OS, but I don't think that will ever be supported. So instead I used Google to sync all of my contacts.
