The screen came with a pen/ink mark in the middle of the screen but it was under the glass. I had so much trouble getting it delivered that I was afraid to send it back because I had waited so long. Aside from that it works well without any really big complaints except for the sound. I have trouble hearing classes that I have to take on it without putting in head phones.
