The only problem that I am having is that not all my emails are downloading properly. Sometimes the emails will load and sometimes not. Or either I open the email and it indicates that the email will be available to view the next time I open it. Any graphics associated with the emails as not visible either. When I go to the internet the search process is not user friendly and there is no way for me to control or move the view that I see. The center button should be replaced with a roller ball.

It is a nice upgrade from the first BlackJack. Only bad things are it is too sleek and slips out of your hand a lot easier, and the volume doesn't turn up enough when in louder areas. Other than those two things, it is a great phone.
