I really like my Motorola Q. There are many functions on the phone that I still need to get familiar with. I really like pink and wish the phone could have been pink, but at the time there was the black and green and I chose the green one to be different, but no complaints.

Call quality all depends on the coverage area you are in - sometimes it is great and other times it is not. Q is very easy to use, open Microsoft documents, take pictures/videos, customize settings such as background and ringtone. Design is no different from the Blackberry models. Fits in my pocket but the buttons are easy to hit so I often need to lock the keypad. Battery life is okay and slowly declines over time. I compensate by plugging into my computer during the day for a short amount of time.

I was pretty excited about this phone, my first ever windows phone. The operating system froze on me and a hard reboot at the Verizon store did nothing to get my data back that was not on the chip (basically everything). So they gave me another one three weeks ago. It did it again on the new phone and I did not have a phone all weekend to use. Today I got a new Blackberry. The guy at the store said he steers people away from these phones because they are junk. Hey they just came out, right? Other than the failure of both phones, it was an OK phone to use. Not super. The camera was disappointing, for sure.

This phone is the best phone I have had even considering the 2 LG's I have had before. People say that this phone has no picture messaging(MMS), or text messaging(SMS) either have bad knowledge of the functions of the phone or have something wrong with their carrier, and to what I know I thought Verizon was the only carrier and my Moto Q has text, picture, email, and can download a variety of applications (many from the phones supplier and from throughout the internet). I do however agree that the battery life wasn't good, but what smartphone has good battery life. My solution was buying the extra $60 battery and now it lasts a week of streaming music off the internet, surfing the internet, and listening to music.
