I would never go with Motorola after owning the Motorola RAZR V3M. It has been terrible. Right after opening our account, our cell phone quit working. The keys would freeze up so we went back to a dealer and he gave us a new one stating that one might just be defective, but the next two we got within the first month were the same. We did not want to spend money on a new phone and Sprint will only give you one of the same. The battery is so bad that I charge it before work and by the time I am off, it is already dead.

Not impressed. I replaced my razor from 2 yrs ago that I got through Verizon with this one offered by sprint, and am disappointed. The battery life is poor, the camera on the phone is really lousy and the setup seems to be geared to those who include internet on their phone, which does not work for me as I don't have it. The organization of tools and options is not as straightforward as my old one, and having spent hours trying to change things around, I'm still not satisfied. I would not recommend this phone.

The Motorola RAZR V3M is terrible. The interface is awkward, the battery is ridiculous, and the ringer is spotty. On the plus side, it rings in challenging hilly areas, it is sleek, it is loaded with features, and tries to lend itself to personalized usage. All tolled, I would never buy one again.

I don't understand why everyone complains about the battery life on the Motorola RAZR V3m. What do you expect from a cell phone that is so slim, has an mp3 player, and has a huge display? I do agree that the battery life is not good, but for this phone, it is awesome. I love my Motorola RAZR V3m. It is a great cell phone in my opinion. It has a great music player and features. This cell phone is incredibly easy to use as well. The camera takes great pictures and you can even personalize your wallpaper to any picture you want. The mp3 player rocks. It does not support WMA files, but oh well. I love this cell phone and I love the features.

I had 2 of these v3m phones, first one was obviously very defective (but brand new) - second phone wasn't much better, returned within my 14 days and got an LG phone which I LOVE. Attach VCard as my signature - Can't on this V3M No Vibe AND Ring - can only Vibe OR Ring No Camera Flash (which wasn't all that useful in the old phone unless close up) No dedicated or soft key for menu, must use center joystick button always to access the Main Menu - not easy. Extremely hard to remove TF memory card: Must first Turn off Phone Remove Battery Door Remove Battery (hard to do in the first place) Use a mini screw driver or other small pointed object to get the card out, have already scratched up card to remove twice. Old Phone, 3 alarms + 1 Quick Alarm - this phone phone, no Quick Alarm (use this a couple of times a week, when someone tells me to call them back in 5-10 min, or when cooking something on the stove) No Tip Calc Can't Customize start up/Shutdown Screen (Could in old phone) No Control over Size of Fonts (could in the old one) No 1 touch manner mode Can't customize outside screen at all Can't read the outside screen in the sunlight - don't know who is calling (limitation of color screen) No Voice memos at all ?! Found this once… not easy to get to No brightness / No Contrast Controls – old one could Outside Screen does not show DATE or DAY of the week if in anything other than a normal ringer mode. Time on outside screen is small Can hear myself thru the ear piece when talking to someone (annoying) Sometimes I can hear an echo when talking to other people 1 Touch Speed dial you have to press and HOLD the button to dial the Speed Dial, my old phone you press once - it brings up the name so you are able to confirm you dialed the correct 1 touch speed dial and then you press talk. Pressing and holding you aren't sure if you did the right one until it's already calling, also takes longer to use 1 touch speed dial. Can't remove the Spanish iTAP option. Language setting you think would remove the opposite language (hide it) Many menus and options you used to be able to select by pressing the Option Number (1,2,3), in new phone many items you have to scroll down to select (yes, no, delete, etc) Requires more clicks to use many Text Messaging functions, i.e. Insert Quick Test, adding contacts etc Music player ONLY will play WMA files - will not play any INDUSTRY STANDARD format like MP3!! BUGS Activating Bluetooth has several times locked up and/or rebooted phone. Bluetooth still is sub par - echo, "sounds like you are on speaker phone:, scratchy, drops/disconnects etc. Bought a Motorola headset to try and make sure of any incompatibility. Does not always boot up in “locked” mode?! (security flaw - I had set it to always boot up locked in case I loose the phone or it gets stolen) Earpiece speaker is very scratchy Vibrate feature is weak
