This is the best phone there is. Although the service provided by att is lousy.

I have had this phone for 6 months now and tried very hard to like it, however, I can honestly say this phone is by far the worst thing I've ever owned. I can't say if the myriad of consistent dropped call is 100% the phones problem or ATT wireless but the MPX200 and ATT wireless combination is horrific. ATT won't return it since I've had it 6 months and I certainly dont want YET ANOTHER replacement of the same thing since I'm tired of playing that game. I'm going to eat the early termination fee and get rid of this phone and ATT wireless.

Before I bought this phone I found a lot of mixed reviews. Living in NY, I hear of a lot of dead zones w/ ATT but so far I have found none, the calls sound like you were using a normal home telephone. Battery life could be a bit better but I myself am not complaining. Beautiful cell design, I'm a musician and have uploaded my bands own music as ring tones. Speakerphone is really clear. Connect it to your computer is extremely easy. Phonebook is easy to navigate. Only downside would have to be if you were to always navigate the web for your own agenda and having to pay for access if you don't have a provider already........but blah. Great phone, next one like these should blow your mind

This Phone Is Pretty Loaded And Versatile. To Play Music You Will Need A Secure Digital Card Or Multimedia Card To Store Plenty Music In. I Find It Pretty To Use Because I'm A Geek Like That. If You Not Too Familiar With Windows You Might Get A Little Intimidated. A Few Problems I've Noticed Are When Playing Music It Might Cut A Few Seconds Off At The End. I've Have Yet To Get My Ringtone That I Import To The Phone To Even Play. Does Anyone Know Where I Can Upgrade My Phones OS To Windows Mobile 2003?

I really wanted to love this phone - but it just won't work out - we're just not compatible. 1. The GOOD: Design is great and PDA/Outlook features, integration, and synch in cradle are great. Seamlessly synchs with my work Outlook - never miss an appointment, con call, always have full contact info. 2. The BAD: Signal quality and reliability. Dropped calls, missed calls, broken speech/hearing - all those things that a phone is supposed to do flawlessly are a real challenge. And how absurd is it to REBOOT A PHONE! A PC experience that shouldn't be part of the phone experience. 3. The UGLY. Installed the wireless synch software from my company (IntlliSynch) and usabality went to hell in handbasket. Slow connection speed ment phone was CONSTANTLY synching in background, which ment keypad responsiveness/screen refresh went to zero. Worse, when I uninstalled the synch software my USB port on the phone got whacked leaving it unconnected and useless as a productivity tool- but, hey, small consolation, battery life improved. I am exchanging this beautifully designed highly functional not-quite-a-phone for something that let's me send and receive calls reliably.
