Constant problems five replacement phones since october, bad speaker, inverted screen, poor transmitting, nothing but trouble. Called casio they told me to call verizon, no help from casio. My advice stay away from their phones.

This phone was to replace a 6year old razor, it is the worst phone I ever had, do not buy this one. Battery life is half of the razor. Sound could be better with two cans and some string.
