Following the announcement of the affordable Pantech Breakout earlier this week, Verizon adds the budget-friendly LG Enlighten to its line-up. The LG Enlighten is an Android 2.3 smartphone that sports a 4-line slide-out tactile QWERTY keyboard, a feature not currently found in many Android phones. The phone will also sport an 800MHz processor, 3.2-megapixel camera, a 2GB microSD card, and the ability to share its 3G connection with up to five other WiFi-enabled devices via the Mobile HotSpot feature. The LG Enlighten is available today and the phone will require a minimum of a 2GB data plan, which costs an additional $30 a month.

I am struggling to like this phone. When it rings, it forces me to use a slide up feature to answer calls; consequently, I lose some calls. Can I disable this?
