The company announced another tablet, the Galaxy Tab 7.7. As the name suggests, the new tablet measures 7.7-inches, has a Super AMOLED Plus display, and 1.4GHz dual-core processor. It will be running Android 3.2 OS with Samsungs TouchWiz interface. The tablet will have a few storage configurations ranging from 16GB to 64GB plus it will have a microSD card slot. Youll also be able to view 1080p HD movies on the slimmer tablet. It will have 3-megapixel camera on the back and a front facing 2-megapixel camera.
Also announced today was the Galaxy Note, measuring just 5.3-inches and includes a digital S Pen that can be used for taking notes, sketching, and even creating artwork. Unlike the Galaxy Tab 7.7, the Galaxy Note will run the Android 2.3 OS - that's the smartphone OS. As for specs it will have a 1.4GHz dual-core processor, a HD Super AMOLED display, rear-facing 8-megapixel camera with flash and front-facing 2-megapixel camera, and have either 16GB or 32GB of storage plus a microSD card slot. There is no word yet on availability. Check out the Galaxy Note in the picture below.
