In addition to its rugged design, the Ravine comes with quite a few outdoor-centric apps installed such as a Walking Counter, Astro Calendar for following the cycles of the moon, Thermometer, Tides to help follow what's happening with the current, Earth Compass, and more. Also on board are push-to-talk functionality, 3.2-megapixel camera, VZ Navigator, voice recorder, and of course a multitude of messaging options.
