With the Powermat Powerpak batteries you don't have to get to a Palm Pre or Palm Pixi to get a cell phone charging solution like the one offered with the Palm Touchstone. Just swap out the battery on one of the many compatible cell phones with a Powermat Powerpak battery and you'll be able to charge it just by placing it down on the Powermat. We should note that the battery will reduce battery life by about 10%, but in the scheme of things that's really not enough to make a noticeable difference. Watch the video to see how it works:
