Not user friendly and the keypad is almost impossible. I will not recommend it. I just hope my service makes up for the bad design of the phone. I like it, but I do not feel I needed such a tough phone to figure out. Not made for the everyday Jane.

So far no real complaints about my Blackberry curve 8520. It can get slow from time to time, but with other phones that I have played with I can overlook that. Other smartphones do not seem to be as quick or friendly while using common apps. Video is cool, audio is awesome. Can get a good down load speed for a phone when using it for an internet connection.
