Affiliate Marketing Manager

In addition to our own web store at www.letstalk.com, LetsTalk leverages our vendor relationships, proprietary e-commerce platform, and wholly owned customer-service and fulfillment centers to power and manage private-labeled and co-branded online retail stores for a variety of partners. Business Operations Analyst

We are seeking an Operations Analyst who will be responsible for analyzing data and developing reporting on key metrics and costs associated with running our fulfillment, telesales and customer service functions. These reports include (but not limited to) fulfillment turn-around costs and service levels; call center costs and metrics on volume, handle time, abandon rates; outbound customer contacts and conversion. This person will provide recurring and ad hoc database queries, as needed, and will also work as part of a greater team with Warehousing and Accounting to facilitate cross-functional analysis and communication. The person will also need to communicate effectively with engineering team in San Francisco to understand how the data is architectured and warehoused.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

You will ensure that the product information within the LetsTalk site is accurate, timely, complete, and effective at both educating consumers and merchandising our product lines. - Automate import and normalization of third-party data into our proprietary database.

Web Producers play a key role in managing ecommerce projects for LetsTalk.com and the other storefronts we manage on behalf our strategic partners. You will collaborate closely with the merchants for these storefronts, developing implementation plans and managing price, product, promotion and content with goal of creating a flawless customer experience and constantly improving conversion rates.
Specific Roles and Responsibilities:
- Serve as an internal expert in the various production tools, code, and resources that can be used to modify UI, look and feel, pricing, promotion, and placement for various merchandising initiatives. Leverage your expertise to help guide campaign strategy and execution.
- Plan and execute new online projects and initiatives, including requirements documents, wireframes, content specifications and deliverables, and test plans. Work collaboratively with partners, merchants, and with marketing and production team members. Track progress and oversee project completion. Ensure projects are executed as designed and delivered before deadlines.
- Organize and prioritize projects, maintaining production schedules and calendars.
- Work collaboratively with technical project managers on the development team to support merchandising projects that require code development or enhancements.
- Leverage the design team to develop landing pages, advertising, and other creative to support merchandising and marketing activities. Secure approval and ensure that creative meets the needs of our partners.
- Edit and maintain the data necessary to support the unique needs of various partner websites and initiatives, including price and promotion, placement, product filters, campaigns, and UI variants. Ensure content quality, consistency accuracy, timeliness, and completeness.

Web Production Artist
San Francisco, CA
We are seeking a Web Production Artist to help develop landing pages and branded interfaces for the white label and co-branded websites we host. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and slicing images, and creating HTML landing pages and templates. You will also code pages created by web designers and make these pages ready for hand-off to engineers and Q/A for final database coding and testing.
This is predominately a production position, with very little design required. You will be working with several graphic and Flash designers, as well as with the engineering team to develop templates for interfaces.
You will have assistance with product image preparation, and you will also periodically have assistance from engineers and other front-end coders in developing HTML, CSS and other functional areas of our sites.
Qualifications / Requirements:
- Speed and accuracy are critical to job success.
- The ability to follow directions, match brand guidelines and multi-task in an internal development environment is important.

- Strong experience in the following web production tools: Photoshop CS/CS2, Fireworks MX/8, Illustrator CS/CS2, Dreamweaver MX/8.
- 2+ years of web production, image slicing, filesize compression/reduction techniques, HTML and CSS. Significant experience hand coding will be required, not just using Dreamweaver or other GUI tools. PHP will make you a more attractive candidate, but is not required.
- Experience constructing scalable and structurally sound HTML, DHTML, XHTML and CSS code in an ecommerce web environment. If you can code an entire page layout without using a WYSIWYG editor or any tables, we want you.
- Understanding of cross browser and cross platform compatibility issues for web pages is very important. Knowledge of basic QA tasks is also helpful.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to effectively prioritize tasks to meet deadlines is a must.
- An Online portfolio of sites you have produced, with working URLs.
- A big plus: The ability to hand-code enough PHP to get you into trouble. Basic if/then/else statements, date-based functions and echoes. Understanding Javascript beyond simple swap image scripts is a plus. If you dream about CSS classes and IDs, come apply.
